By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Scope of Service

The one-time £99 starter website build includes:

• A professionally designed starter website
• Mobile-responsive layout
• Standard pages and sections based on your business needs
• Basic on-page setup ready for launch

2. What Is Not Included

The £99 starter build does not include the following unless purchased separately as add-ons or through a monthly plan:

• Ongoing hosting
• Domain name registration
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, or edits
• SEO services beyond basic on-page setup
• Custom integrations, advanced features, or additional pages beyond the agreed scope
• Content writing or professional photography

3. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver your website within a short timeframe after receiving all required content and assets. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by missing information, slow client responses, or revision requests will extend the delivery timeframe.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and content
• Supplying images, logos, and any assets needed
• Responding to questions and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Ensuring you have the rights to use any content you provide

5. Revisions

We include a reasonable number of revisions to ensure you are happy with your website. Revisions are not unlimited unless specifically stated in your plan. Extensive changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Project Completion

A project is considered complete once the website has been delivered and approved, or once all reasonable revisions have been completed and the client has had the opportunity to review the final version. If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period after delivery, the project will be considered complete.

7. Ownership and Transfer

Once full payment is received and the project is complete, the final website is yours. Where applicable, files and access will be transferred to you. Third-party assets, plugins, or templates remain subject to their original licenses.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any project that involves illegal content, harmful material, or behaviour that is abusive or disrespectful to our team. In such cases, any applicable refund will be handled in line with our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide website design services to the best of our ability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, customers, or business opportunities arising from use of the website.
